Ana Paula Beghetto Pacheco

Ana Paula is an architect from Brazil, who holds a BA in Business Administration, an MA in Marketing and a second BA in Architecture and Urbanism. She earned distinctions in her BA final papers and for the final project for her Architecture and Urbanism Degree, which was selected to represent the Pontifical Catholic University of Paraná in the most important national student architecture competition, making it to the final.

She joined the History and Critical Thinking program at the AA with the aim to investigating how the post-war British Brutalism and the New Towns Acts influenced Brazilian architects during the 1960s and 1970s, pursuing an in-depth analysis of the revolutionary spirit of that era.
